Fraser Alexander is currently recruiting 12 Assistant General Workers to provide general site assistance and operational support at its Lydenburg operations. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are safety-focused, reliable, and eager to work in an operational environment.

Job Purpose

To provide general site assistance and support to ensure smooth daily operations and compliance with safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Support site teams in achieving operational targets
• Assist with daily inspections and report hazards or deviations
• Assist with problem-solving and escalate operational issues
• Perform general site duties as assigned
• Conduct basic housekeeping to maintain a safe work environment
• Execute tasks according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Comply with all company safety rules, regulations, and procedures

General Conditions

• Must pass company and/or client criminal screening
• Willingness to work rotating shifts

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications:

• Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent

Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience
