About the Clover General Worker Position

The General Worker (Temporary) role forms part of Clover’s Production Department at the Heilbron Milk Powder plant. Successful candidates will assist with basic production tasks, housekeeping, product handling, and health and safety compliance.

Duties and Responsibilities

As a General Worker in the Production Department, your responsibilities will include:

• Completing basic general tasks according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Handling and moving products safely
• Shrink-wrapping and sorting damaged products
• Loading and cleaning duties
• Maintaining high housekeeping standards
• Complying with Health and Safety regulations
• Performing ad-hoc tasks as required by management

Minimum Requirements

To qualify for the Clover General Worker vacancy, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Grade 12 / National Certificate (NQF Level 4)
• Fluent in Business English
• Willing and able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Able to work in extreme production conditions
• Experience in Milk Powder or FMCG production will be an advantage
