About the Truworths Learnership Programme
The Truworths Learnership is a structured work-based learning programme designed to develop individuals into cross-trained sales consultants. Learners will be trained to work on both the sales floor and the service desk within a retail environment.
Participants will gain experience working with customers, handling stock, operating point-of-sale systems, and learning key retail processes. Successful learners must show commitment to learning, completing logbooks, and participating in assessments.
Purpose of the Learnership
The purpose of the Truworths Learnership is to:

Duties and Responsibilities

- Merchandise the store according to MBP principles
- Process payments and purchases on the POS system
- Open new customer accounts
- Maintain and control stock losses
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Ensure customer security and safety within the store
Minimum Requirements

- Minimum Grade 10
- Passion for fashion and retail
- Willingness to learn and complete assessments
