General Worker Job Overview

The purpose of this role is to ensure continuous plant availability through effective maintenance of HVAC equipment.

This position is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in an electrical or HVAC environment who are looking to grow their careers in industrial maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

As a General Worker at Sasol Secunda, your duties will include:

• Maintaining safety standards and good housekeeping
• Maintenance of all HVAC and related equipment
• Washing filters and HVAC units
• Cleaning cooling towers
• Sanding and painting HVAC units and equipment
• Cleaning storerooms, plant rooms, and HVAC yards
• Carrying tools and equipment (within allowable limits)
• Operating a mobile Wap High-Pressure machine on a trailer
