Learnership Overview

Fidelity Services Group is offering learnership opportunities aimed at empowering unemployed youth between the ages of 18 and 35. The programme is designed to provide participants with 24 months of structured workplace experience, equipping them with practical skills, industry exposure, and valuable on-the-job training to enhance their employability within the security and services sector.

Requirements

• Must be a South African Citizen
• Grade 12 / Matric Certificate
• Must be aged between 18 and 35 years old
• Strong command of English
• Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and professionally
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to liaise professionally with personnel at all levels
• Highly motivated and enthusiastic
• Willingness to follow instructions
• Must be able to work under pressure

Locations: Gauteng (Roodepoort, Florida, Helderkruin, Midrand and surrounding areas)
