About the Momentum Insure Learnership Programme 2026
The Momentum Insure Learnership Programme will run from 26 March 2026 to 31 March 2027. During this 12-month period, successful applicants will receive structured theoretical training combined with practical workplace experience in the Short-term Insurance industry.
Upon successful completion, participants will be awarded a:
FETC: Short-Term Insurance, NQF Level 4 qualification
This qualification is highly regarded in the insurance and financial services sector and can open doors to various entry-level roles in underwriting, claims, client service, and policy administration.

Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the Momentum Insure Learnership 2026, you must meet the following criteria:
- Be aged 18 to 25 years (including turning 25 in 2025)
- Attach a certified copy of your South African ID
- Have passed Matric , Minimum 50% in English , Mathematics is advantageous
- Attach a copy of your Matric certificate If currently completing Matric, attach preliminary exam results
- Be computer literate
- Be currently unemployed
- Have no post-Matric qualifications
- Not be registered for any other learnership or studying at another institution
- Have a clear criminal and credit record
- Demonstrate a genuine interest in pursuing a career in Short-term Insurance
