Minimum Requirements

To qualify for the FNB Learnership Programme 2026, you must:

• Be between 18 and 34 years old
• Be a South African citizen
• Have a Matric certificate (NQF Level 4)

• Be unemployed for at least 6 months
• Not currently studying
• Have less than 12 months of work experience

• Not have participated in the FNB FirstJob programme or worked for FirstRand before

• Have no criminal record or negative credit history
