Salary: R228,321 per annum Centre: Mthatha Regional Office

Requirements

  • National Senior Certificate/Grade 12 or equivalent.
  • Computer literacy: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Reapatala, Archibus, Wox4u, Papertrail.
  • Knowledge of Public Finance Act, accruals, report writing, and submissions.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, independently, and with integrity.
  • NQF Level 6 qualification in Administration (advantage).

Duties

  • Coordinate and record complaints.
  • Approve complaints on Archibus and update Worx4u system.
  • Capture quotations, follow up with work managers, and verify calculations.
  • Administer and capture payments, compile accruals, and process 415 forms.
  • Perform general office administration, liaise with stakeholders, prepare documents, and manage logistics.
  • Handle reception duties, transport, travel, and accommodation arrangements.
