REQUIREMENTS : Bachelor’s diploma or National Diploma in Human Resource Management /Human Resource Development / Management of Training (NQF 6) with minimum of three years’ journey at the junior managerial trip degree plus the following abilities Knowledge of: Have an improve understanding and understanding of Employment Equity Act, South African Qualification Authority,SETA features and requirements. National Skills Development Strategy.Knowledge of research. DUTIES : Oversee the things to do of the Sud-directorate. Give operational management with regard to the improvement of human capital in the Department. Provide advice and instruction on the improvement of human capital in the Department and increase human ability in the sector. Liaise with the role- gamers in the human useful resource improvement surroundings involving the improvement of
human capability in the Department and expand of human ability in the sector. Develop, implement, and keep insurance policies on HRD. Provide managerial activities.
