What the Programme Involves

• Attend a 9-week induction programme away from home

• Grade 12 certificate or statement of results

Requirements

To qualify for the NARYSEC Traffic Officer Learnership 2026, you must meet all of the following:

• Be between 18 and 35 years old
• Have a Grade 12 certificate or statement of results
• Reside within Johannes Phumani Phungula Local Municipality
• Be unemployed and not currently studying
• Have no criminal record
• Possess a valid Code B driver’s license
• Be medically fit (medical and physical assessments required)
• Have basic English proficiency (minimum 40%)

Note:
Applicants with post-matric qualifications may apply, but preference may be given to those whose highest qualification is Grade 12.
