- Generating reports from the Electronic Case Management System (ECMS) for statistical purposes.
- Attending to queries relating to case flow from prosecutors and SAPS.
- Providing case administration and document management.
- Capturing new cases on the ECMS.
- Updating information received from court on a daily basis.
- Maintaining the integrity and accuracy of data captured on the ECMS.
- Providing dockets electronically or in hard copy to the defence when requested by Prosecutions.
