Manage the receipt and shipping of mail.Packaging and shipping of categorised documents. Sorting and registering of mail. General protection and storage of motor vehicles. Perform general administrative and file maintaining tasks. Maintain correct submitting system.Assist in the registry as and when it is required. Drive mild and medium motor vehicles to transport passengers and supply different gadgets (mail and documents).Do activities preservation on the allotted automobile and record defects timely.Complete all the required and prescribed archives and logs books with regard to the automobile and the items handled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ENQUIRIES: Ms C.M.
