R 8 878.00 pm<br \/>\nDuration: 24 months contract<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with making copies and scanning tender documents<\/li>\n<li>Assist with filling out SCM documents.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with the preparation and arrangement of meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with capturing data on the system and update the file accordingly<\/li>\n<li>Assist with uploading tender documents into the system (Website)<\/li>\n<li>Perform any other assigned job with regard to Supply Chain Management<\/li>\n<li>Update and follow up on expired documents such as Tax Clearance and BBBEE certificates and SBD forms with suppliers.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with help desk functions<\/li>\n<li>Assist with follow-up on supplier\u2019s invoices, statements, orders, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with document management and proper filling of SCM documents<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Minimum Requirements:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>National Diploma or Degree in: Supply Chain Management \/ Logistics<\/li>\n<li>Postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Skills and Competencies:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of all relevant legislation (PFMA, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Competent in MS Office Software package<\/li>\n<li>Analysing, quality and detailed orientation<\/li>\n<li>Good communication skills and report writing skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong> Pretoria, South Africa<\/p>\n<h4><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/h4>\n<h4><strong>Supporting documentation required:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Updated CV,<\/li>\n<li>Certified educational qualifications,<\/li>\n<li>Certified academic record, and certified ID<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Only candidates with all supporting documents will be considered for the position.<\/p>\n<p><strong>NB.<\/strong>\u00a0Please indicate &#8220;<strong>Supply Chain Management Intern<\/strong>&#8221;
