{"id":560,"date":"2023-09-11T20:28:23","date_gmt":"2023-09-11T20:28:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/studentcareer.co.za\/?p=560"},"modified":"2023-09-11T20:29:34","modified_gmt":"2023-09-11T20:29:34","slug":"nedbank-graduate-internship-programme-2023-2024","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/studentcareer.co.za\/?p=560","title":{"rendered":"NedBank Graduate Internship Programme 2023\/2024"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Apply for NedBank Graduate Internship Programme 2023\/2024<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Purpose<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>To learn; grow and develop skills and competencies, while gathering experience in their respective clusters\/business environments and proactively contribute to the effective and efficient functioning of the division through projects and initiatives.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Are cost-aware through reducing non-value-adding work and waste.<\/li>\n<li>Delivery on targets; due dates and standards as per the agreement with management.<\/li>\n<li>Aspire to deliver on tasks by becoming familiarised with what the delivery of world-class service to internal and external clients looks like and to aspire to deliver it.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that quality and productivity standards are consistently and accurately maintained, by following through and contributing to a culture conducive to the achievement of transformation goals by participating in Nedbank Culture building initiatives (e.g., Surveys, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Influence the enhancement of business processes and methodologies by researching and recommending improvement initiatives and effective ways to operate and add value to Nedbank and supporting the implementation thereof.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure achievement of deliverables by liaising with relevant internal stakeholders who can assist in achieving deliverables.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure understanding and meeting of stakeholder needs through liaising with senior staff and mentors<\/li>\n<li>Ensure smooth workflow by building constructive internal relationships.
