Are you passionate about healthcare and delivering superior patient care? Clicks have an exciting opportunity available to complete a Learnership Programme to qualify as a Pharmacist Assistant. The position reports to the Pharmacy Manager.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Learnership Programme:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<div class=\"col-lg-12\">\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-lg-12\">\n<ul>\n<li>Successfully complete a National Certificate: Pharmacy Assistance Learnership Programme (Learner Basic Pharmacist Assistant) and a Further Education and Training Certificate: Pharmacist Assistance (Learner Post Basic Pharmacist Assistant) through the accredited Pharmacy Healthcare Academy<\/li>\n<li>A\u00a0structured learning programme that consists of a theoretical and practical component and that leads to a qualification that is registered on the National Qualification Framework (NQF)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>As a Learner in this programme, you will be required to meet the following objectives:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Successfully complete\u00a0the Learnership Training Contracts at a registered Clicks Pharmacy and under an approved tutor<\/li>\n<li>Attend the required training interventions and successfully complete the competency assessments<\/li>\n<li>Submit a Portfolio of Evidence<\/li>\n<li>Provide support to the healthcare team in one of the Click&#8217;s Pharmacies under the supervision of a registered Pharmacist and within the legal scope of practice as outlined by the South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-lg-12\">\n<h4><b>Minimum requirements<\/b><\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"col-lg-12\">\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-lg-12\">\n<div><strong>Qualification requirement:\u00a0<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Essential requirement:\u00a0completion of\u00a0Grade 12 with a minimum of 50% in Mathematics (or\u00a060% in Mathematical Literacy) ; 50% in English and a Pass in Life Science (Biology)\/Physics<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Skills, Abilities and Job Related Knowledge:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Customer service orientated<\/li>\n<li>Teamwork<\/li>\n<li>Integrity<\/li>\n<li>Accuracy and attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Numeracy<\/li>\n<li>Literacy<\/li>\n<li>Computer Literacy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Essential Competencies:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Adhering to Principles and Values<\/li>\n<li>Working with People<\/li>\n<li>Delivering Results and Meeting Customer Expectations<\/li>\n<li>Following Instructions and Procedures<\/li>\n<li>Relating and Networking<\/li>\n<li>Planning and Organising<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Preference will be given to individuals that:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Meet the Company&#8217;s EE targets as set out in our employment equity plan<\/li>\n<li>Meet the furtherance of the National agenda for the development of unemployed youth<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Work back agreement:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Successful applicants will be required to enter into a work back agreement and will be required to work for Clicks as a qualified Pharmacist Assistant for a period equal to the length of the learnership\u00a0period as a minimum<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Contractual hours:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>45hrs 6days<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Location: <\/b>South Africa across all stores<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h4><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/h4>\n<div><a href=\"https:\/\/careers.clicksgroup.co.za\/applicant\/index.php?controller=Listings&amp;method=view&amp;listingid=75f0e1be-3c8a-4084-8399-47278c5b763e\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Apply here online for clicks learnership 2023<\/a><\/div>\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-lg-12\">\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Kindly note that only applicants who meet the requirements will be contacted.
