Department of Cooperative Governance-Scanning Machine Operator

Duties and Responsibilities

Successful candidates will perform the following duties:

  • Disassemble and prepare documents for scanning according to standard operating procedures
  • Scan, index, and export documents to the electronic records management system
  • Maintain quality control and assurance processes to ensure accurate digitised records
  • Re-assemble and organise documents after scanning for physical filing
  • Assist with registry services within the department
