The General Worker positions form part of Clover’s Condensed Milk Tin Packaging Department, where successful candidates will support daily production operations and ensure products are packaged safely and efficiently.

Purpose of the Position

The primary purpose of the General Worker role is to perform operational duties within the Condensed Milk Tin Packaging Department.

Employees will assist with:

• Shrink-wrapping products
• Sorting damaged products
• Loading products and materials
• Cleaning production areas
• Supporting production teams
• Maintaining safe and efficient operations
• Completing various operational tasks as required

This role is essential in helping Clover maintain high production standards and ensure products reach customers in excellent condition.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be responsible for carrying out a variety of production and operational tasks, including:

Production Support

• Perform basic and general production tasks
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Assist with packaging operations
• Handle products safely and efficiently

Health and Safety Compliance

• Follow all workplace health and safety regulations
• Use equipment safely
• Report safety concerns where necessary

Housekeeping and Cleanliness

• Maintain clean workstations
• Ensure production areas meet housekeeping standards
• Support hygiene and cleanliness requirements

General Operational Duties

• Assist production teams when required
