About the DRDGOLD Engineering Learnership Programme

The Engineering Learnership Programme is designed to provide unemployed youth with practical skills development and technical training in engineering-related fields. Fitting and Mechanic

Educational Requirements

Candidates must have Grade 12 results with at least 40% or higher in:

• English

Alternative Qualifications

• NCV Level 4 qualification
• Fully completed N2 Certificate or higher in an engineering discipline
