Key Responsibilities

As a DSV Material Handler, your duties may include:

• Prepare pallets for incoming deliveries by destacking pallets.
• Review supplier documentation for inbound shipments.
• Receive and label products correctly.
• Follow warehouse documentation and checklist procedures.
• Put stock away in the correct warehouse locations.
• Update warehouse management systems after receiving stock.
• Organise inventory according to hazardous material classifications.
• Apply product identification and dispatch labels throughout stock movement.
• Pick products accurately using RF scanners and WMS instructions.
• Verify correct product quantities and storage locations.
• Record picked stock on dispatch control sheets.
• Sort products according to customer specifications.

• Participate in stock takes and cycle counts.

• Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Report all workplace hazards and safety incidents immediately.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
