EnviroServ Waste Management (Pty) Ltd has officially opened applications for its National Certificate: Business Administration Services NQF Level 3 Learnership Programme aimed at unemployed young people residing in selected wards within the Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality.
This 12-month learnership programme offers practical workplace experience, classroom-based training, and a nationally recognised qualification that can help young people improve their employability and career prospects.
About the EnviroServ Business Administration Learnership
The EnviroServ Learnership Programme focuses on developing administrative and workplace skills that are highly valuable across many industries in South Africa. Business administration skills are required in sectors such as logistics, retail, finance, healthcare, municipalities, and private companies.
This learnership combines formal classroom learning with practical workplace exposure, helping learners gain real-world experience while completing an accredited qualification.

Programme Structure

- Nine months of workplace training

Monthly Stipend

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- English and Mathematics as subjects

- Business Studies
Although these are not compulsory requirements, they may improve the strength of an application.
