Key Responsibilities

As a Food Service Team Member, your duties will include:

Kitchen Duties

• Preparing and cooking KFC products according to company standards.
• Operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Preparing ingredients and assembling customer orders accurately.
• Packaging food correctly before serving customers.
• Checking that food meets quality and portion standards.
• Managing food supplies and kitchen stock.
• Receiving and storing deliveries.
• Storing food correctly to maintain freshness.
• Reporting low stock levels and faulty equipment to management.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic kitchen.
• Completing end-of-day cleaning and closing procedures.

Customer Service Duties

• Greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Taking customer orders accurately.
• Recommending menu items, promotions, and special offers.
• Processing cash, debit card, and credit card payments.
• Serving customers at the counter, drive-thru, or dining area.
