Newzroom Afrika invites all suitable unemployed Graduates to apply for their internships.

Purpose

The Graduate Development Programme at Newzroom Afrika offers a structured and comprehensive platform for recent graduates to kick-start their careers in professional services. As a graduate, you’ll have the opportunity to develop foundational skills, work on diverse projects, and receive mentorship from industry experts.

Skills and Competencies 

• Strong oral, written communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Attention to details
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• You would need to be willing to work irregular hours or shifts (including weekends and public holidays)

Minimum requirements 

Degree/Diploma or related qualification in the following fields:

• Journalism
• Engineering
• Media Studies
• Multimedia
• Marketing

Other  Requirements

• Be between 18 and 35 years of age
• Not registered or participating in a graduate program.
• Not in a permanent employment
• Clear criminal record

Please note the following:

• Post graduate qualification in any of the above streams will be an added advantage
• Must have an academic performance record average of at least 65% or higher
