About the TotalEnergies Apprenticeship Programme

Successful applicants will be placed at the Lubricants Manufacturing Plant (LMP) in Durban, where they will:

  • Participate in theoretical training modules
  • Complete logbooks, assessments, and practical tasks

The programme typically runs for 12 months, combining classroom learning with hands-on industrial experience.


Key Responsibilities of Apprentices

During the programme, apprentices will be expected to:

  • Follow all Health, Safety, Security, Environment and Quality (HSSEQ) standards
  • Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Assist with equipment maintenance and plant operations
  • Report hazards and safety incidents
  • Maintain tools, machinery, and work areas
  • Complete timesheets, training records, and logbooks
  • Work shifts or overtime when required

Minimum Requirements
