Minimum Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be responsible for providing general cleaning and housekeeping services, including:

Office and Facility Cleaning

• Collecting and removing waste papers
• Freshening office areas
• Emptying and cleaning waste bins
• Cleaning walls, windows and doors
• Dusting and waxing office furniture
• Sweeping, scrubbing and waxing floors
• Vacuuming and shampooing floors

Kitchen and Bathroom Cleaning

• Cleaning general kitchens
• Refilling hand wash liquid soap
• Replacing toilet paper and hand towels
• Replacing air fresheners
• Emptying and washing waste bins

Equipment and Materials Management

• Keeping and maintaining cleaning materials and equipment
• Reporting broken cleaning machines and equipment
• Cleaning equipment after use, including microwaves and vacuum cleaners
• Requesting cleaning materials when necessary
