Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Grade 12 (Matric) certificate
- No previous work experience is required
- A valid driver’s licence will serve as an added advantage

Administration Clerk: Asset Duties (Ref No: 2026/53/OCJ)
Successful candidates will be responsible for:
- Supporting asset management compliance processes
- Registering and tagging new assets
- Maintaining asset registers and inventory lists
- Preparing and processing payments on the JYP system
- Monitoring asset movements and repairs
- Conducting physical asset verification processes
- Updating leased asset registers
- Facilitating the disposal of obsolete and unserviceable assets
- Compiling reports and maintaining records
- Providing logistical and secretariat support during meetings
- Managing office correspondence and filing systems
- Providing support with stationery supplies
Administration Clerk (DCRS) Duties (Ref No: 2026/54/OCJ and 2026/55/OCJ)
Successful candidates will be responsible for:
- Providing administrative support before court proceedings
- Preparing and testing court recording equipment
- Recording court proceedings accurately
- Capturing case details and annotations
- Conducting backups of court recordings
- Downloading and retrieving recordings when required
- Attending to court recording queries
- Maintaining audio records and court documentation
- Compiling statistics and reports
- Providing administrative support to the Court Manager, Registrar and Supervisors
- Assisting with general court administration duties
