Purpose of the Shop Assistant Role

The primary purpose of this position is to maximise store sales by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring every customer enjoys a memorable shopping experience.

Shop Assistants are expected to deliver excellent product knowledge, assist customers with their purchases, maintain attractive merchandise displays, and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Key Responsibilities
