About the Visual Merchandiser Learnership at Coca-Cola
The CCBSA Visual Merchandiser Learnership 2026 is designed to equip learners with essential skills needed in the FMCG and retail environment. Participants will work closely with experienced sales professionals and gain exposure to real-world merchandising operations.
Learners will receive structured training while gaining experience in:
- Retail customer servicing
- Implementing Coca-Cola visual merchandising standards
- Supporting sales growth and product visibility
- Understanding consumer behaviour and sales processes
The role reports to an Account Developer and forms part of Coca-Cola’s broader sales and merchandising team.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
In-Store Execution and Merchandising
- Execute daily call schedules at assigned bronze and tin outlets
- Implement approved Coca-Cola visual merchandising standards
- Maintain in-store displays and promotional material
- Ensure correct stock rotation and product quality
Sales and Customer Support
- Assist customers with placing orders using the MyCCBA platform
- Support promotional activities to improve brand visibility
- Ensure product availability using RED and iRED scorecard standards
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with sales team members and supervisors
- Receive coaching and performance feedback from the Account Developer
- Provide relief support to other team members when required
Minimum Requirements for Coca-Cola Learnerships 2026
To be considered for the Coca-Cola Learnership 2026, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Grade 12 with Mathematics or Mathematics Literacy (minimum 40%)
- Grade 12 English and a second language (minimum 40%)
- South African citizen
- Aged between 18 and 35 years
- Unemployed at the time of appointment
- Available to work six days a week
- No criminal record or adverse credit record
- Not currently studying or registered for another learnership
- Must not have completed the same qualification previously
- Employment Equity candidate

- Valid driver’s licence
- Post-matric qualification in Sales and Marketing
