Data Capturer Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be expected to:
- Capture information from court records into electronic databases and spreadsheets.
- Verify missing information and correct data entry errors.
- Review and validate captured information.

- Keep court documents safe and secure.
- Sort and distribute files for data capturing.
- Submit captured information and perform regular backups.
- Record court proceedings accurately.
- Capture court rolls and schedule cases before proceedings begin.
- Search for postponed cases and update recording sessions.
- Transfer court recordings to the site server every 15 minutes.
- Scan and save documents when required.
- Send and receive emails when requested.
- Provide information to relevant departments.
- Maintain statistics and registers.
- Diagnose faults on court recording equipment.
- Report technical issues to supervisors and the IT Helpdesk.
- Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.
